Production Time

  • Custom Orders: All custom garments require a 5 to 6-week production time. This period allows us to ensure the highest quality craftsmanship for your outfit.
  • Rush Orders: If you need your item sooner, please contact our customer service team for rush options. Additional charges may apply, and rush orders are subject to availability.

Shipping Methods & Delivery Time

Once your custom order has been completed, we offer the following shipping options:

  • Standard Shipping: Estimated delivery within 5-7 business days after production is complete.
  • Express Shipping: Estimated delivery within 2-3 business days after production is complete. Additional fees apply.
  • International Shipping: Available to most countries. Delivery time varies based on the destination, typically within 7-14 business days after production. Customs duties and taxes may apply depending on your location and are the customer’s responsibility.

Shipping Costs

  • Shipping costs are calculated at checkout and are based on the shipping method selected and the destination.
  • We offer free standard shipping on all domestic orders.

Tracking Your Order

  • Once your order has been shipped, you will receive an email with your tracking information.
  • You can track your shipment through the carrier’s website using the tracking number provided.

International Shipping & Duties

  • For international orders, please be aware that your country may impose import duties, customs fees, or taxes on your package. These fees are not included in the shipping cost and are the responsibility of the customer.
  • We are not responsible for delays caused by customs processes or other unforeseen issues during international shipping.

Undeliverable Packages

  • If a package is returned to us due to incorrect shipping information provided by the customer or if the package is refused upon delivery, the customer will be responsible for any reshipment fees.

Lost or Delayed Packages
