Due to the customized and handmade nature of our products, all sales are final, and we do not accept returns or offer refunds under any circumstances. This includes, but is not limited to:
- Custom embroidery products
- Personalized or monogrammed items
- Special orders or made-to-order items
We take great care in crafting our products and ensuring they meet our quality standards. We encourage you to carefully review your order details before finalizing your purchase.
2. Exceptions to the Policy
Although our products are non-returnable and non-refundable, we will consider exceptions in the following cases:
- Damaged or Defective Products: If your product arrives damaged or is defective due to a manufacturing error, please contact us within 5 days of receiving your order. We will work with you to either repair the product or provide a replacement.

- Photos of the damaged or incorrect product
- A description of the issue
