For Custom-Made & Wedding Attire:

  • Cancellation Within 24 Hours:
    • You can cancel your order within 24 hours of placing it for a full refund.
  • Cancellation After 24 Hours:
    • A 50% cancellation fee will be applied if canceled within 7 days of placing the order, as we will have already begun work on your custom garment.
    • Cancellations are not accepted after 7 days, as the materials and labor involved in creating your custom outfit are non-recoverable. In this case, no refunds will be issued.

Urgent & Rush Orders:

  • Due to the nature of rush orders, cancellations are not allowed once the order is confirmed and paid for.
